Went out at 4:00pm on a 130 with a 6.1 and after 20 mins i was planing, half an hour later and it was flat out. Changed down to a 5.5 and played until I managed to cut my hand on the fin while waterstarting. By then I was too tired to carry on anyway.

Went for a paddle board earlier in the day, can't see the attraction on flat water, I suppose its better than going to the gym.
